Suicide Prevention

Designed for schools to assist students who are at risk and intervene appropriately in a suicide-related crisis. Teachers, mental health providers, and all other school personnel who interact with students can play an important role in keeping them safe. 

Protecting Our Students

This session provides concrete language for school staff to use when protecting the safety of students while protecting themselves.  Take a moment to learn more about these essential policies and how they create a safe environment for everyone involved. 

Gender Inclusive Practices

This training offers solutions to everyday issues with communication to reach all students. Through small

changes in our regular teaching practices, we can shift the perspective of students feeling left out in our classrooms. 

Gender and Sexualities Alliance

GSAs are student led spaces where they can receive support, socialize, and find community together. Research confirms that the presence of a GSA has a positive and lasting effect on student health, wellness, and academic performance.

Individual Therapy

As a dedicated therapist for minors aged 13-17, and 18+,I offer personalized therapy services that meet the unique needs of adolescents and teens. I am here to guide each individual toward healing and self-discovery. My specialty is LGBTQIA+ counseling.
